Please read before ordering:
- We currently do not offer delivery. You may arrange your pick-up through your preferred courier.
- Please provide your full name and order number upon collection.
- If your desired pick-up date is not showing up, it means that your order quantity exceeds our allocated stock for that date.
- Your order is only confirmed once payment has been made and you’ve received a confirmation email.
- Pick-up dates cannot be changed once your order is confirmed. Please review your selected date carefully before placing your order.
- All orders must be picked up within the scheduled time slot. Unclaimed orders will not be available for pick-up the following day.
- For any personalized notes, write it in the order special instructions box (max of 50 words).
- For sales invoice issuance, provide your details in the order special instructions box (Name, Address, TIN, Business Style).
